- Review and approve all accounts, returns, and documents before submission
- Meet all agreed deadlines and respond promptly to queries
5. Fees and Payment
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date
- Interest on overdue invoices at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate
- We reserve the right to suspend services if invoices remain unpaid after 30 days
- All fees are exclusive of VAT where applicable

We will keep your information confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without your consent, except where required by law or professional obligation.
