4. Your Responsibilities

5. Fees and Payment
Our fees will be set out in your engagement letter or as otherwise agreed in writing. Unless stated otherwise:
- Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date
- We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
- We reserve the right to suspend services if invoices remain unpaid after 30 days
- All fees are exclusive of VAT where applicable
6. Confidentiality
We will keep your information confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without your consent, except where required by law, regulation, or professional obligation (for example, disclosures required by HMRC or our professional body).
You agree that we may use anonymised data from our work together to improve our services, provided no information identifying you or your business is disclosed.
7. Intellectual Property
